This my fanart from lucky star . This idea came from Thailand's summer traditinal call "Songkarn".This "Songkarn" is is a Thai traditional New Year which starts on April 13 every year and lasts for 3 days. the celebrants both young and old, joyfully splash water oon each other

This time i'm training about black&white because i'm not good but my office want me to do this. Um... I think i'll make it more good in future... *-*
